Your pet in a soft watercolour style, created with AI from your own photo, Santa hat and all, finished with an elegant festive caption and a little sprig of holly. Lovely as a Christmas card design for the whole family, a “first Christmas” keepsake for a new puppy or kitten, or a gift for any dog or cat lover.

What you get

• 1 high-resolution PNG portrait, sent by email
• A preview by email within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday) after we receive a usable photo
• Up to 2 rounds of changes on the preview (e.g. colours, outfit, caption) before your final file
• Print it at home or with any print shop, frame it, or use it for cards
• Caption of your choice, e.g. “Merry Christmas” + “Love from Barnaby · 2026”, or “Otto’s First Christmas”, or no caption at all

How to order

1. Choose your caption and add your pet’s name in the personalisation boxes.
2. Upload your photo(s) when you add to basket, then check out.
3. We email you a preview within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri).
4. Approve it, or ask for up to 2 rounds of changes. Then we email your final high-res PNG.

Photo tips

• A clear, bright photo with your pet’s face in focus works best. Daylight near a window is ideal.
• Take it at your pet’s eye level if you can, showing the whole body for a full portrait.
• Avoid heavy filters, blur or very dark photos.
• Upload a couple of extra photos if there are markings or colours you’d like us to get just right.
• No need for a real Santa hat. We add the outfit to the portrait.

Ordering for Christmas cards or a gift? Please order by 15 December. We work Monday to Friday, and you will need time to print. The file is high resolution, so it prints well as A5/A4 cards or framed prints.

• Can you do two pets in one portrait? Yes. Please choose our Two-Pet Portrait so both pets fit together in one design.
• My photo isn’t great. Will it work? Upload what you have. If it’s too blurry or dark to work from, we’ll tell you before we start and help you pick a better one.
• Can I get it printed? Yes. You can print the file at home or at any print shop. Or choose our Printed Christmas Pet Portrait Card: we create your pet’s portrait and post you real printed A5 cards.
• When will I get it? You’ll get a preview by email within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday) of us receiving a usable photo. Once you’re happy, we email the final high-res file straight away.
• Is it hand-painted? No. Your portrait is created with AI image tools from your photo, then directed, checked and finished by us.
