Delivery Information

We deliver across mainland UK. The delivery charge for each product is shown on its product page under the price, and in your basket before you pay. There are no hidden extras.

Delivery charges

• Bird cages: UK delivery £25 (some smaller cages cost less; the product page shows the exact charge).
• Large cages sent by pallet: £65. We will call you to arrange a delivery day.
• Small items such as toys, perches and accessories: £4.99.

If your basket has items from more than one band, you pay the single highest charge, not each one added together.

Dispatch

Most cages are sent directly from our UK supplier. Dispatch times vary by product and stock — we will confirm after you order. Pallet deliveries need someone at home to receive them.

Delivering outside mainland UK? Please email us before ordering and we will confirm the cost.

Paying

Pay by card, or spread the cost with Klarna or Clearpay (pay in 3) at checkout.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your delivery when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged. See our Returns policy for full details, or email shop@everydaypetcages.co.uk.
